Welcome to Doodle Dough. This website is operated by Shailie Manan Choksi. By accessing doodledough.in or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. Our products are intended for use by children under adult supervision.

Products

Every kit is handmade to order, so small variations in colour, scent, and finish are natural and are not defects. Product photographs are for illustration; the actual colour may vary slightly from how it appears on your screen. We may update or discontinue any product at any time.

Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway; we do not store your card or bank details. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel an order affected by such an error, refunding any amount already paid.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example if an item is unavailable or if we are unable to verify your details. Where we cannot fulfil an order you have paid for, we will refund it.

Shipping, cancellations & refunds

Delivery timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Order cancellations are covered by our Cancellation Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, infringe our intellectual property, or submit false information. The Doodle Dough name, logo, photographs, and content are our Registered Trademark property and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We take great care with our products and this site, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Changes to these terms
